Our work has been performed for purposes of financing purchases and refinancing transactions of all types of residential property, including complex custom homes, waterfront property (including ocean front and ocean view), small income property, condominiums, new construction, manufactured homes and vacant land. We also have experience in the valuation of homes for pre-sale purposes to individual home owners as well as for estate planning and divorce settlements.  We are affiliated with organizations such as the IFA, National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and have a V.A. Roster Designated Appraiser on staff.
